- Which destinations does OBL print store ship to?OBL Print Store primarily serves the UAE. Therefore, no matter where you're based in the UAE, you can be sure we will deliver. We do take international orders and deliver to the GCC & MENA region. Please contact us on call or through the enquiry form to learn more about the destinations we serve.
- Can my order for any printing service be cancelled?The order can be cancelled if it hasn't been sent for printing. Any advanced payment made before won't be refundable. In case the order has already been sent for final printing, then a cancellation won't be possible. If you do want to cancel your order then call us at - +971 502 010 633.
- What if I'm not satisfied with the quality of the finished product?Your satisfaction is what defines our work and is of utmost importance to us. We guarantee optimum quality at low prices. However, there may be rare scenarios where you may not be satisfied with quality or the finished product might be defective. In such unlikely occurrences of defects or quality issues, we can assure you of replacement. - Where can I track current status of my order?We'll keep you updated about the status of your order right from processing to the final delivery through e-mail and text messages. Additionally, once the order is shipped, we'll provide you the link of the courier site and the tracking number for your convenience.
